
Day Camp FAQs

How do I register?
Just click on the "Register Now!" button above. It will lead you to the parent portal where you can complete registration.

How are the staff trained?
All staff must pass a criminal background, be certified in CPR/First Aid and must complete hours of training prior to working with a group on their own.

What about snacks?
The Boys & Girls Clubs provide a light snack in the afternoon, but parents are always welcome to send more snacks with their children.

Do I need to send a lunch?
As part of camp, the Club provides lunch for all members. You are more then welcome to send a lunch with your child if there are special dietary restrictions, but please inform the staff and we will do our best to accommodate.

Who is authorized to pick up my child?
Only individuals listed on the release form are able to pick-up your child. Please be prepared to show proper photo identification when picking up your child!

YES! Boys & Girls Clubs offers a sliding payment scale. Please see the Front Desk regarding the application process.

What NOT to bring to Day Camp
Weapons of any kind, undocumented medicines, pets, toys, electronic devices, playing cards (Pokemon cards included), cellphones, etc.
Boys & Girls Clubs is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

When & where may I drop off & pick up my child?
Drop off: Hours for drop-off are 7am-9am and members must check in at the front desk before entering the Club.
Pick up: Hours for pick-up are 4pm-6pm. All members must be picked up by 6pm and parents/guardians must come inside the Club to check out and pick up their member.
If exceptions to these hours are needed, contact the Unit Director and Front Desk. Note that alternative drop-off/pick-up hours may be posted during field trip days.
