Come Volunteer

Boys & Girls Clubs welcomes individuals who may want to contribute their time to working with our youth. Many opportunities are available in the areas of recreation and sports, arts and crafts, drama, dance, music, leadership development, fundraising, special events, chaperoning, computer literacy training, and more!

We believe that the most important aspect of volunteer placement is that a person's skills, talents, and time commitments match and meet the needs of the organization. Give back to your community while changing a child's life! Look at our Volunteer Guidelines below to see if our organization to learn more about our volunteer needs and requirements.

We ask that you commit to volunteering for a 3-month period and for a minimum of 3-4 hours each week. Or decide on a minimum # of hours that will benefit both the organization and the volunteer (consistency is what makes the most impact).

Our Clubs need dedicated volunteers during weekdays between the hours of 2:30pm to 6:00pm to help run programs and assist with general Club duties.

Here is what you need to apply to be a volunteer:

Adults 18 and older looking to fulfill a court-appointed community service requirement are not eligible to complete their hours volunteering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside.

All volunteers are background checked annually, and if you have previously been convicted of any violent crimes, offenses related to drugs, or crimes against a child, you are not eligible to volunteer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside.
